I saw many reviews on social media on the positive effects of taking magnesium taurate if you are hypertensive and taking medication. I can tell you that it helps greatly!!!!! Not only am I hypertensive but I’m going through surgical menopause and I’m. It in HRT! I have a cocktail of supplements I take intermittently and added magnesium to the regime over a month ago! Don’t walk run and get this ! My blood pressure readings are like when I was 16! My doctor is reviewing to see if she can reduce the strength of my blood pressure medication! I take taurate along with my probiotic at night about an hour before bed. I take my becozinc, evening primrose, CoQ10 and magnesium glycinate throughout the day! That’s it nothing negative to say! Oh it’s gentle on your stomach!

As soon as i began to take this product I immediately felt my anxiety began to diminish. Prior to taking it I was aftaid to drive over bridges and angry all the time. However, it has minimized my fear, and emotions. Love this product.

Easy to swallow pills. I had Afib and lots of anxiety after the whole going to hospital with high heart rate. I was told this will make me feel better from a friend. This seems to be good quality and it got to me fast. I’m looking forward to anything to help anxiety and help my blood pressure more.

magnesium in itself is needed, but magnesium TAURATE adds many more benefits, rather than just regular magnesium....
