Most comfortable belt I have tried so far. It could use softer straps running under the crotch.

The fabric of the ORTONYX is smoother, stretches better with movement, and doesn't pinch your manhood like the TENBON. I am returning the TENBON hernia belt because the ORTONYX is so much better.

The product is good.However my Dr. Says can cause more problems wearing before inguinal hernia repair. Only purchase if medically advised

Great quality product

The velcro on strap ends very irritating , compression pads kept popping out no mater how I adjusted the staps and pads , this item didn't work for me.
