Q: Can you use this while it's charging?

I believe it has a battery in it that keeps it alive when power is off, and it can also be used when power comes back and it's still charging.

Q: With regards to lag, does it really have a 1 second delay for TV signal or does this depend on the headphones? im using a sony bluetooth headphones.

This is your headphones. I picked some low latency headphones on Amazon for 20$ and the lag is maybe 1/10th of a second.

Q: How do i pair my beats solo 3?

To pair your headphones to the connect, please put your headphones into pairing mode. Once your headphones are in pairing mode, you just tap A or B on the Connect. Once you get a solid blue light, you should be paired. If you are unsure how to put your headphones into pairing mode, please refer to the user manual of your headphones.

Q: Does this automatically reconnect?

It does with most devices as long as you don't pair them with something else. I've paired it with almost 20 different headphones. Only 4 of them didn't reconnect.
