Good but Used?
The product works perfectly fine, but after reading other reviews of possibly re-sold units, I think mine was used too. As I took it out of the box, I immediately noticed random scratches and marks. It seems to work fine, but this is worth noting.

Confusing to use
I almost returned this one because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off or set a timer in the app.It turns out that you have to create a room in the app, add the outlet to that room, then set a timer for the room, instead of the unit. That is stupid and confusing, but it works, once you figure it out.So aside from the stupidity, it works as advertised.Wiz products aren't terrible. They are affordable, and offer some good options to your "smart home", but they can be counterintuitive and sometimes just downright glitchy and stupid.
