I was a little unsure about attempting to replace the battery of my iPhone 8 although decided to give it a go. Overall it is fiddly and does take some time, although as long as you're patient and methodical, you should be fine... The kit itself provides everything you need. I managed to perform the full upgrade using just the tools supplied and nothing else. My biggest gripe was simply that there were no instructions included in the box. For that matter, I couldn't find anything on the website or even on their YouTube channel - not sure if I missed something here? Saying that, there are plenty of YouTube videos explaining the steps and it was easy enough to follow these and work out myself which tools to use at which point. So far the battery is considerably better and I'm very pleased - not sure how long it will last, although hopefully long enough until I decide to upgrade to a newer model!

I bought this battery after my current iPhone battery was dying, and this saved me over £1,000 from having to buy a new iPhone! I've been using the battery in my phone for over a month now with no issue at all - it has very good battery life and my phone runs and charges perfectly. It is definitely a little secret the big phone companies don't want you to know about!

Needs a metal prying tool to remove the screen that is not supplied. Even when you do use a suitable tool you have a very good chance of cracking the screen - as I did! Woukd NOT recommend!!!

It does take some time to understand how to pull the phone apart. However once you achieve this it is straightforward and the battery is miles better than my 70% iPhone battery. The hardest part is removing the glue behind the battery but be patient and you can make it.

Great kit that contains everything you need to install a new battery. Just follow one of the more comprehensive YouTube videos and you will find everything is there, including the correct adhensive strips for securing the new battery and re-sealing the screen to the chassis. Found the tools supplied easy to use and up to the job and so had the new battery installed in no time. The extra capacity has really improved the length of time I can go between charges, so very pleased overall.
