We purchased 25 of these locks for our new condo building that we use for vacation rental. We really liked the look of the locks and the price is good. But within one year (some within 1-2 months, others 7-10 months) , there are 8 locks no longer functioning. Since that is more than 30% failure rate in under a year, I think we will now have to switch to another luck. The bummer is now half of the condos have locks that look different. I just can't justify spending more on these locks with that failure rate, although they look really nice.Other down side....when you remove the top of the lock, to get your key, the entire piece comes off, making it easy to lose. They should add some attachment.

Great product and very durable. These get direct weather on them and work great. I added caulk to seal the back when I installed them to be sure water did not come in the 5 mounting holes you can use.

Great lock boxes and a great price.
