I give one star Because of boAt service and Amazon denial and lack of corporation from the seller. Read in detail belowI got it delivered on may 19. That day itself I checked the earbuds. It sounded so great. (The sound is good) but by Just one hour the left earbud died of no battery charge. I thought it was some initial charging problem. I then kept it for overnight charging and next morning. Again by an hour. The left earbud dies and right earbud says 80-90% battery left. So clearly something wrong with left one.I applied for a return. And they (boAt) took it and tested and accepted my claim. Instead of giving me a new one. They sent me the old set saying I need to contact the seller and get a replacement since they don't have "like to like" replacement for this product. And they gave me a replacement certificate. I tried contacting the seller and there is no reply yet. Amazon helpline is also not helping me. It's now june 2 as I write this. 2 weeks passed. Since I didn't get a proper resolution. I guess another 2 weeks will go for the warranty claim. I think that's the only solution now. if that fails I'll go to consumer court.

this is a pretty solid deal. the cheapest cost for anc + quad mic. I got it for 1.3k. it has the same pice on the official boat page so u can buy it there too. the quality isn't as good as headphones but it is moderately good. what you would expect from a decent quality earbuds. I was very skeptical about buying it because it had less than 15 reviews but no regrets on that.the build is made of plastic mostly. it has metal only in the touch sensor region. looks wise maybe it looks a bit tacky. this is the only thing j find off with the earbudsthe earbuds are kind of small(so is the box too, specs for reference) but again that's a preference thing. it does have a good fit in the ear however. it would get lost easily if you aren't careful with it.call quality is pretty good. mic works wellit has type c charging so that's a bit easy. not sure abt how long it lasts on prolonged useit has an ambient mode and an anc mode. the anc mode isn't as good as you would expect it to be but yes you do notice a certain amount of environment silencing compared to the ambient mode. it just isn't as useful practically as the decibel amount is kind of low.
