Stellar Labs Coconut Vanilla Grass Fed Whey Protein Bar, Low-FODMAP, Gluten Free, High Protein, High Fiber, No Artificial Ingredients, 2.11oz, Pack of 12

I bought this since it’s low FODMAP and I’ve tried a couple of other flavors. I prefer the strawberry or cocoa ones to this flavor. It helps to pop it in the microwave briefly as it can be a bit dry, but I suppose I was hoping for more vanilla flavor and not as much coconut. Not terrible but not great. For some reason it was cheaper than the other flavors so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’ll probably stick to the other Stellar Labs flavors in the future,

I really liked that this product left me full and didn’t hurt my tummy. However, I was not thrilled with the taste. It took some getting used to.

The FODMAP diet has helped me to control my IBS & I have been delighted to find Stellar Labs. These bars are so good, sustaining, and without any digestive upset! Whether traveling or on-the-go, they have provided the needed protein source that is a real treat.

Though these bars are dry they have a pleasant taste. As someone who needs to follow a low FODMAP diet these are the best bars I have encountered so far for my needs.

Very disappointed! Product was extremely hard. Could chip my tooth hard!!Too expensive for a product is that too hard to even eat!
