What a fantastic lady Blanka is. On receipt of two rugs one wasn’t the correct size. After contacting the seller she asked me to return the item and sent me photos of alternatives and measurements. As the replacements were a different shade I asked if I could send both back and choose two of the alternatives. This was no problem for her and within 10 days I had my new rugs. Great customer service. The rugs are superb too, great quality, colour and size. Well done!

Excellent prepared skins with hardly a smell and that’s completly gone in couple weeks the actual skin is excellent pure white someone takes there job preparing these with pride unlike some other skins you can buy very very fluffy..all in all tip top.

The quality of the rugs is excellent, they’re dense and luxurious. As each rug is unique the dyeing varies on each one so if you’re looking for matching rugs then these aren’t for you. Of the two I purchased one has far more brown on it than the other but that works for us.

I expected a softer and thicker rug from this seller. I have other sheepskin rugs which are way thicker, same size and cheaper than this.
