Senco Gold 5 gram, 24k (995) Yellow Gold Precious Bar

Great product is great. It had a Hallmark 99.50% purity with Senco gold stamp on gold chip. Only one query, 24k product should be 99.99% so why Senco has given 99.50% purity?

Nice product. Came in a jewel box. Hallmarked...99.5% purity as claimed. Although otherwise 24 K gold is 99.9%. And hope they honour their product with proper pricing in case of buy back.

Product is genuine , but customer care service are very bad, they are very bad in service but very good in words over the call. When you cut the call after complain of any matter they are forget you complian nothing do to sole your problem.

Very good Product with BIS hallmark on it and original Seller Bill. Altough it took 3 weeks to get this item it is worth waiting for.

Bought it and easily sold it to senco for full value no fuss no hassle. If you have access to senco store nearby no worry.

I had also ordered 1 gm gold coin which I didn't get after 1 month of order date...I was also not given any concrete reply when I called the call center. ...

Pathetic stuff! I am highly disappointed. Senco brand gold is a good name in the industry. Its ecommerce wing it seems is out to spoil its market reputation. Check out the following:1) There is NO hallmarking as shown in the display image.2) Its a naked coin. No tamper proof packaging or even basic packaging.3) It was delivered in a dabba meant for jewellery.4) The coin did not look brand new. It had all sorts of scratches everywhere.5) My invoice also does not mention exact 5 grams. Its a tad less but about say value of 50-60 Rupees which is minor. But still its not proper!6) NOWHERE on the coin is the brand i.e. Senco mentioned. Stunning!!I would be apprehensive before buying from Senco again.
