Use for Workouts Away
I bought that so that I could have a light weight system for doing exercises, whether on trips or at the office, since we were being told to return to work. Very easy to fit in a gym bag or other carrier and work out with those throughout the day or on trips.

One year later, tearing
Not sure how long bands should last. About 1yr later and they are tearing.

Good overall, the straps are not elastic enough so in many parks if you want to use then for pull up the bars would be too high and getting your feet in it would be difficult for you.The resistance itself is not accurate for me, but I combine straps in order to get over this.

Works well
I’ve only used these bands to help me with pull-ups and also to make push-ups harder but it works really well and after overcoming the fear of them snapping they’re really nice to use.
