I am using this particular type of cinnamon for health purposes. My doctor told me that it helps Berberine to be more effective. The Berberine that I purchased (before I knew this) did not have any cinnamon in it so I am adding some. Not all cinnamon is created equal. I could not find Ceylon cinnamon at my local grocery stores, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon.

Arrived on time and was sealed nice. The smell was delicious. Ceylon is healthier than other cinnamon so that's why I ordered it. I can eat as much as I want and get the health benefit and flavor. Good brand. I'd buy again.

Great quality Ceylon cinnamon. It tastes and smells great. It is powdery, and is not lumpy. I recommend buying this.

Just received this cinnamon yesterday. Seems to be as the label indicates. Used in my coffee this morning. The smell is not very strong, and tastes good.
