Definitely softens and moisturizing.
I love mists but want quality. This ha a very soft rose scent . it did make a difference in mixture and is great to use a spray over foundation. It is definitely worth the price. It doesn't add oil to the skin.

Scent is very light and dissipates very quickly
Such a wonderful hydrating spray. The spray is very heavy it is kind of like being hit in the face with a fire hose, so I just spray it into my hand and pat it onto my face. The scent is very light and very Rosie but dissipates very quickly, very refreshing. This Essence is a great first step in hydration for a nighttime routine.
