This bacon keeper is just what I wanted for years. I got two of them and had thought one would be a spare until I made 8 deviled eggs last night. (16 halves). It’s perfect for them too! This keeper holds all the Wellshire Farms bacon that I use (varying types) perfectly in the wrapping it comes in. I cut the edges so it fits better, but it hold the bacon package before I do that as well. Be aware that this has a tag that says it is NOT dishwasher safe, so it’s a quick hand wash which works for me. I was a bit disappointed with that, but it’s easy peasy to wash so... oh well. That’s why I’d gotten two, so if one was in the dishwasher the other would be available, but it’s turned out to be good for other things so that’s a moot point. It doesn’t snap shut either, it’s a press close and not secure to travel with unless you pack it carefully. It’s cute, does the job, and I really love it. Just what I needed. I recommend.

Though skeptical at first, I went ahead and purchased this and I am so glad that I did! This piggy bacon keeper works so very well. It is easy to open and close. You don't need to bend the plastic in any way while opening and closing it so there's no need to worry that it will crack and break. I make a week's worth of bacon on Sundays and, once cooled, I put the leftover cooked bacon in here and pop it in the freezer. It stays closed and keeps the bacon from breaking apart. Since the lid just lifts straight up I don't have to wait for the plastic to warm up before taking out a piece of bacon. This is a great item, very well designed.

Keeps bacon fresh without storing in the original wrapper . Better than my old one. Side handles allow me to pick up without reaching for the hot gloves. Cover fits properly. Grease easily contained. Good buy.

I've had one before and it's good for a smaller pack of bacon that you just wanna put the leftovers in the fridge with ease.

It is a pain getting bacon out of the wrapping it comes in from the store. With this container, the whole bunch comes out of the package in one shot and goes into this container. This thing is a constant in our fridge, with the exception of when it’s getting washed, and washing it is easy.

I bought this to keep my bacon in because I was using a ton of ziplock bags. I thought it was a little pricy for a plastic storage container, but I figured it would pay for itself eventually. When I received it, I found that not only is it not dishwasher safe, but it’s a bit too small for my package of bacon. I personally like to leave my bacon in the plastic packaging it comes in and then store it, but this container is a little too small for that. I would have to remove the bacon for it to fit properly. That leads to the fact that the container doesn’t have a tight seal, either, leaving air to cause the bacon to spoil if it’s not in plastic packaging. It looks cute, but not worth the money.

I've had this Bacon Holder for the past 4 Years...It holds bacon without spoiling. Glad to have it.
