I bought this controller because I got tired of the original DS4 drift issues, after doing a long research trying to find hall effect sticks for the DS4 and finding that 9/10 people were having issues after installing them, I decided to just buy a third-party controller with hall effect sticks, and this one was the most interesting I found. Hall effect sticks and triggers, great audio through the jack, great battery life and customizable back triggers, RGB and rumble; it feels great on my hands and I'm totally satisfied with it.The only cons I can think of is the buttons are a little clicky for my taste, the dpad feels great too but if you play fighting games this is definitely not the dpad, and if you don't want to use the RGB you have to manually turn it off every time after turning on the controller. But overall is a great controller and definitely worth for the price, totally recommended.

I have been looking for an extra PS4 controller that isn't the full 60 dollar price of the Sony one. Third party controllers usually fail on the analog sticks. Most of the time the action on the sticks is significantly different from the Sony controller or has huge dead zones, so switching back and forth is confusing. This controller is really good. I played a game of FIFA and I played a round of Fortnite. Controller was totally comfortable and all the buttons and sticks are comfortable. I mapped the back buttons (easy to do) to R1 and R2. I am finding I click them by accident occasionally but I think I have to get used to where they are. The shoulder R1/R2 buttons are a little clicky so that's a little different, but I didn't mind at all. L2/R2 is analog. All buttons works as expected. I bought an inexpensive wired PS4 controller before and was a little disappointed. Also tried the NACON Wired Compact Controller and while it worked pretty well, it was weirdly uncomfortable (a little large with sharp corners) so I sold it. I am definitely keeping this one. This is a great value at half the price of a Sony controller. And it lights up too! So that's fun.

I really wanted to love this controller. But it's no dualshock 4. To start off, it's noticeably lighter, the touchpad is significantly smaller, and there's no speaker or front facing lighting. The joystick placement is closer than the dualshock 4, which makes your thumbs bump together a lot. But on the positive side, it has cool lighting, it charges through usb c, it has back buttons that control your x and o buttons, it has adjustable rumble, and is overall very responsive. I didnt have any issue playing through several games other than my thumbs bumping together. Overall a very solid controller, but its no dualshock 4.

I wish I would’ve bought this sooner. I’m an avid gamer- so I burn through joycons. The official pro controller is known to drift so I was stumped. I was very sick for like two years (and into this one) so my Switch has been a close companion for bedrest.This controller charges rapidly, responds well, holds the charge for a long time thanks to its sleep mode, and is effortless to connect to the Switch. It feels very natural to swap to this controller rather than the joycons. And it’s very simple to add it to another Switch console. Sometimes the extra buttons cause some weird reactions but you learn to not hit them.One thing I’ve noticed is for some reason it struggles with working well with other pro controllers in couch co-op multiplayer settings but that may just be the Switch (or Minecraft which is what we were trying to play at the time). Still figuring that one out- could honestly just be glitchy Minecraft.The LEDs are a cool feature although I do wish you could dim them or turn them off when you don’t want them cause they can be super bright in the dark. I’ve found dark blue or orange helps remedy that. I’m gonna buy the white one soon too!Don’t lose its chord! I just keep it in the Switch dock at all times so I can charge it when I’m not using it.I highly recommend this controller to all Switch players! :)

It was great for a while until a month ago. The right trigger button broke internally on the circuit board of the controller. The backplate of the right trigger module broke and the button is loose inside of said module. The controller was used in a respectful manner but still received internal damage.Update: The sellers reached out to me and shipped a replacement right away and I am very pleased. Right around the time that it was being shipped the right joy stick stopped working. After pulling it up and back down slightly I managed to fix it somewhat.The support is extremely good in the fact that I was contacted by them about the controller. The replacement works just as the last one did when I first got it. I am very satisfied currently and will update with whatever else comes up if it does.

2 controllers received, both defective and returned.Controller has a software issue where it will lock up in a Solid Blue power on Mode yet be completely unresponsive.I determined this occurs ANY time you remap the back paddle buttons.The fix isn't even that easy since the hole for the Rest Button on that back of the controller in extremely small...had to widdle down a toothpick just to get something small enough to stick in there.With this being said, it may not be a bad controller for someone if they don't plan on remapping buttons.The controller is smaller in width than a regular Playstation controller which may be helpful for some with smaller hands.But overall the buttons work and the controller plays nicely, it's just an incomplete/broken product from the manufacturers.
