Kale, a must have addition to your daily diet.
I highly recommend this product. Would have it every day in Japan. Moved back to the US and still take it. It is the best kale product that I have used so far. I like the concept of individual packs. Just add to orange juice, shake and drink!

I heard great reviews of Kale. I am not a big fan of washing Kales, because it does have bugs stuck on the leaves (yikes!), so this is my best bet. And I love the taste! I love mixing it with my daily yoghut!
