Not the smallest of spanner BUT when you need a tool like this you need it (spanners and sockets have their place but from time to time you need a spanner like this (timing belts on PSA XUD and TUD engines for example and the new diesels (2014 onwards) you can’t get your hand in let alone a socket so these spanner’s are a God send !! For how often as they get used I don’t think I’d splash out on Snap On etc .... these will suffice and do the job 100% and not abused should last for years ( just oil the pin in each end, then wipe them down after use !!)I’d advise a spot of oil (I use Finish Line (green) bicycle chain lube - I’ve used it on my Snap On / Mac / Matco etc - it lubricates better than any oils (normally scavenged by mechanics for jobs like this (upturned bottles are a familiar site in any main dealer workshop )Snap On are now promoting Synthetic (Symtec) grease for their ratchets but I will always use a dose of QUALITY OIL and a tiny amount of quality oil will break down the grease BUT it then deposits oil/ grease everywhere and makes the tool last forever !I bought a 3/8” quick release Snap On Ratchet in 1983, it’s been used hard daily and apart from regular cleaning and lubrication it’s been faultless - I can see no reason using my philosophy why these wrenches shouldn’t be a “lifetime” tool (clean, inspect and lubricate) them ! I earn my living using tools such as these - so go for it !!

Great bit of kit, I have used them on several jobs, gets into the tightest spots.

Used in an industrial service environment on generators, good strength nice grip and have shifted some very stubborn fasteners in awkward places well happy.

Was just what i required.Very handy to use in very tight spots,told all my mates about them.Good value for money.
