ghd Curve Creative Curl Wand - Unique 28 mm – 23 mm Tapered Barrel, Ultra-Zone Technology

My hair is fine and getting it to hold a curl is very hit and miss unless it dries that way (heatless curls work but end up frizzy). This wand somehow makes my curls last at least all day, if not 2 days. Warning, it gets insanely hot! Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and creates a really nice wave or curl depending on how long you hold the hair round.

Hairstylist 30+ years. Heats up in nano seconds. Used on client with heat protection spray (not GHD Curl Spray as that was too wet and not really a spray) produced a beautiful curl, more than a wave but not a ringlet. I liked this wand very much, it comes with a heat mat which you'll need to use and also a 3-fingered glove - I'm not sure why they felt the need not to provide the other two fingers on the glove but hey ho, I used my other protection glove on one hand and the 3-fingered one on the other. I've used it on coarse thick curly hair and also fine dead straight hair and it worked well on both. I've played around with it on my long lank fine hair and got a good result, 100% better than the Babyliss Curl Secret which struggled to make an impression on my hair. I'll put some photos up asap but thoroughly recommend this and I bought it for a bargain £80, what's not to like. Supplier delivered promptly.

After lots and lots of searching for the best curlers that would actually work, I finally settled on the creative curl wand. I was initially going to go for the soft curl tong but I’m SOOO glad I went with these curlers. If your a gal like me, who struggles to keep a curl in more than 10 minutes, these are your curlers! Oh my gosh I get the best Hollywood glam waves so easily, and they stay in for days! Really recommend

It does curl my hair well so I do really like it.It does say perfect for short hair but my hair seems to be still a bit too short for it as it keeps burning my fingers or head trying to curl. Not badly but still. It could be that I’m used to a small barrel to curl therefore take this bite with a pinch of salt.Does exactly as it should though and worth the money. ☺️

fantastic product. My hair has struggled to keep a curl recently but used this for the first time for a wedding and the curls stayed perfect all day even in rain and wind. The heat resistant glove is a good addition and really does protect your fingers well. Would recommend purchasing the ghd curl hold spray as well and the curls will last for days!

It seems like a simple enough tool to use but it's boiling hot. You can't get it too close to your head otherwise it starts to burn. It's not all that easy to wrap your hair around either as your hair slips down and this is where burning yourself starts to happen. I have a scar on my hand and neck where I burnt myself. They're not fading anytime soon. Be careful with this.
