I'm so happy and satisfied with these bands! I've been using them for 3 weeks, to strengthen my hip, and leg muscles since I have 4 herniated lumbar discs, and was instructed by my physical therapist to continue doing the exercises she's taught me at the office, at home, and I can tell these bands are better quality and more resistant than the ones they have at the physical therapy place! They really, really work and I can tell they'll last forever! I love the way they're packed, individually in a bag for each band, and that helps to keep them in shape and ready to use as soon as you get them! They also come with a little drawstring bag with a carabiner, making it so practical to hook on my belt loops, or carry into my purse! I highly recommend these bands to anyone who wants to strengthen not only the lower body and hip muscles because you can do so many exercises for the upper body as well! The included pamphlet shows some of those exercises too. And the price...what can I say? They're super cheap without sacrificing the high quality! Overall, very happy with my purchase!

The product had arrived in a couple of days and came with great packaging. I was pleased to see a carrying pouch which I can use to hold all the bands. After a couple weeks of use, these bands have held up nicely and have kept their elasticity. The quick start guide it comes with has many exercises which would be helpful for any beginner. After trying out many other brands of exercise bands, I believe these are the best ones for the price. I would totally recommend this product to anyone looking for resistance bands.

Not as sturdy as other resistance bands I have used in the past. They're a bit thinner than other bands, and roll up pretty quickly when using with legs or ankles. They're holding up fine for now, but I can already see thin spots after only light use for the last month. Have used 3 of them, from light to high strength. They are all showing signs of wear. Probably won't last very long, but they were cheap, so I can't complain too much.

I wanted bands that wouldn’t roll, bunch up, or pinch me. These are nice and wide! They stay flat over my workout leggings and don’t budge! I am very happy I bought these! These are fantastic. I would buy them again. I saw Crossfitters and Olympic lifters using this Elete brand for squat warm ups and they used them when squatting heavy. I used these to warm. They are great for warm ups of hip raises, glute bridges, walking later squats, gluten kickbacks, and leg lateral raises. My muscles lit up! It definitely woke them up before my heavy lifting sessions. For beginners or intermediate athletes these bands alone may be enough of a workout. They’re awesome!

Easy for beginners but not to train with i used for about a month and they snapped.

This has been a great product but I can’t give it the full 5 stars because they are a little small and sometimes when I work out they kind of roll up easily. However once you get the hang of the annoying little hiccup they work fine.

This product was great! When I received my order I was pleased that it also came with some workouts that you can do, cause knowing me I am not so into the fitness world so getting resistance bands was all new to me. They work great and feel very durable and I’m pleased to say that I don’t have to keep searching for good fitness bands
