I recently tried saffron for cooking, and I must say, the quality is absolutely top-notch! The threads are vibrant in color and full of fragrance, releasing an incredible aroma when cooked. The flavor is rich and subtly sweet, transforming dishes with just a small pinch. You can really tell the difference between this premium saffron and lower-quality versions. Highly recommended!

This is my second purchase from keynote International there is no doubt the quality of saffron is the best I have tried amongst many other brands which are listed on Amazon, None can come close to the quality and consistency of key note but there is a package issue the company bags one gram Saffron and 3 gram Saffron in a similar sized bottle which I feel is a bit shoddy as the 3 grams of saffron literally looks like they have been stuffed into the small bottle, I only wish they can have a much better bottle for the 3 grams of saffron they offer it as a premium product price they should take care on the look and Packaging of this 3 gram bottle of saffron<<<REVIEW EDITED>>>: keynote was kind enough to reply back Immediately to My concern regarding packaging, their argument being economy of scale using the same package and thereby passing the price benefit to the customer, it was a very convincing argument thereby I am revising my feedback to a 5star rating for both the product and the company, I am a connasuer of saffron and have used many varieties from Spanish saffron, to Afghani saffron and also different variations of Iranian saffron including their best Sargol saffron, but I have to say a genuine Certified #1 high grade Kashmir saffron from Keynote beats them all in terms strength of flavouring, coloring ability and overall complex scent of the spice, I am really glad such a high grade product is available directly to a common consumer

Purchased 1gm of Kashmiri Kesar a few weeks ago. Came well packed in transit; beautifully boxed, in a vacuum packed glass bottle.- Since we have been using Kashmiri Kesar for decades whilst preparing recipes, and especially putting in badam milk which my folks like. Hence, we tested it out immediately putting a few strands of Kesar in warm milk (note: not hot but feeble warm milk) and stirred with a tea-spoon for like 5 minutes. Not only did the strands completely dissolve, but if you crush them against the wall which helps in dissolving faster - the entire white milk turns into a beautiful crimson yellowish saffron color. My parents tasted the milk certifying that it tasted 100% original (since our family earlier used to receive Kashmiri saffron directly from the Planters who grow these in Kashmir Valley).- Hence, quality wise it is 100% original, and a must have if you are looking for quality Kashmiri Saffron.Note: I have earlier purchased both - "Afghan Kesar" and "Made in Spain Kesar" but this Kashmiri one is more refined, and tasted better than both the Afghani & Spanish one.

I'm a regular saffron consumer and have tried varieties of brands.this is the best brand I've ever used. it comes in air tight glass pot. this is 100% authentic saffron. it tastes slightly bitter (raw) and this is due to the presence of picrocrocin named compound. I consume it at night dissolving 4/5 strands in warm milk.it smells 100% genuine.benefits-1. cures insomnia and acts as anti depressant.~ being an insomniac and migraine patient I know how difficult it is to have 5/6 hours soundsleep. I am saying based on my experience consuming this brand for more than 6 months. now I don't have to take any anti depressant medicine.2. promotes digestion~ it has treated digestive disorders because it has anti oxidant property and anti-inflammatory property.~3. regular menstrual cycle~ my periods is now always on the time and less menstrual cramps.I don't want to say about other benefits because I've not noticed. (though saffron has many medicinal and health benefits. please google it) and one more last thing it is safe to use for anyone. no side effects. if you want to take saffron go for it without any hesitation...
