TP-Link TL-WR840N 300Mbps Wireless N Router (White/Grey)

Excellent product, in an unbelievable price. It is 300MBPS N-class router, sleek and kool design. The router have a WAN port and we can plug in PPPoE based broadband connection directly to it, to make it a Always-On broadband connection.Just neglect the CD and installation procedure mentioned in the manual of the product, You just need a LAN cable (which is provided with the product) to visit 192.168.0.1 to access the administration panel. The username/password is admin/admin and, The administration panel is also easy to work with. Range is also pretty decent - I live in 1st floor of an apartment, I can easily get 2 bars outside while on ground level, inside my car, maybe because there is only minimal obstructions on the way (1 wall, 1 glass window, 1 aluminium roofing, and 1 car roof). I will surely recommend this product for anyone looking for a router for home.

I have ordered this router after a lot of research. Got it at the best price in the Lighting deal. Easy to configure and install. Steps were simple and easily understood. Performance is outstanding and coverage range is too good. Through wifi can be connected to multiple devices and performance never drops.

I purchased this for Rs 584 from Amazon, for the price I paid, this is an excellent router. The range is not so great for a two storey house, but for a medium size 2-3 BHK apartment it should be fine.Wireless performance is pretty good, I can stream HD 720p - 1080p videos for the most part without issues at a distance of about 40-60 ft with one wall in between. At high bitrate scenes it stutters a bit.Performs OK with 3-4 wireless devices although it locks up sometimes needing a restart.It did lose the saved configuration once, probably after a power failure or something and I had to reconfigure it. It hasn't happened since.

Compact and good design, no external antena.. good speed. very good and advance configurable options... Web management interface is super..But it has issue with G-Broadband WAN connection... the connectivity will drop very frequently... If you plan it to use as to share internet via WAN please test and go for it....Presently am using it as a wireless router and WAN port is not in use...

Nice wifi router. working great from yesterday. Good net speed and it covers a good enough distance. live tv, online video are playing well. decent looks. and thanks to amazon for faster delivery. got it after 2 days of order place. box and looks is great. easy setup. go for it. cheap price also noticeable.

I was not expecting this type of service from the Amazon i'm really very disappointed with it. Ther is not a light blink on router.

Does its job perfectly.Easy and quick installation.Have been using it for a couple of months now, no speed drops, no disconnections.Good network coverage. I get network in all corners of my flat of @ 500 sq.ft.Aesthetically good looking, can hung it up on any wall.

It works well initially and after which the connectivity strength goes down and it can't even support 30 mts distance
