GU Always Delivers the Energy I Need
I use GU to fuel my long runs and long races and it does a great job. Perfect balance of sugars and the flavors are the best in my opinion. This pack was great. I have started using a gel flask and it is nice to have several of one flavor (or you could mix and match if you want) to put together in that pack. Also, if you just use the gel packet they are super easy to get open and just the right size for me.

Flavors are very good!
I use these when cycling and would recommend them. I like how compact they to carry in jersey pockets, versus carrying chews. They seem to provide an adequate boost while riding.
