We have tried various magnesium supplements in the past and then came across this brand....We both take these each day, they are not that easy to swallow if you have a problem with large sized tablets, their shape does help tho. They are hard and solid and my wife does struggle just a little. Not too bad, but a little noticeable. They cannot be easily broken up or powdered. Very solid.Please see photosHowever, neither of us have had any tummy or digestive issues since switching to this brand. And we have used this one for some time now.In fact we have been so pleased with the results of using them, can differ for each person, we have them on a regular order, scheduled delivery. So easy to setup and ideal as we order the larger bags of refills.I hope this has been helpful and we both very much recommend this brand.

I can't comment on the quality apart from that they seems good to me. This form of Magnesium being more easily absorbed than the cheaper carbonate type. These are also very good sized, easy to swallow Magnesium tablets (although I never have any problemsin that respect). Magnesium tabs I've had in the past are often really huge, these are what I'd call normal sized capsules. I take magnesium as it really helps with my heart palpations (not actually palpations according to doc, but extra electrics around the heart which make it just feel like it). I found they work a treat and I only get the odd irratating flutter if I've forgotten to take one for a while etc. It might relate to a calcium deficiency I have (didn't turn up in any test, but a scan showed slight deficiency on bone density, so my body is obviously nicking calcium from around my body to make up for it). Anyway, so I now take a calcium supplement (plus a vitamin D3 one) and I have read that a calcium imbalance can lead to a magnesium imbalance too. So if you take calcium it might be wise to take a magnesium supplement too (plus vit D which helps everything).Anyway, to cut a long boring story short, magnesium helps my heart flutters (electrics going heywire), and I have been taking these particular brand for over six months (though I've been on chetlated magnesium for about 3 years, just another brand, who's product changed so I decided to switch to these) and they are working for me, with no ill effect so far.I actually take one in the morning and two with dinner, because I tend to forget about lunch (or at least forget to have the tablets with me then).

Excellent product

I'm late to the game at discovering Magnesium. Basically didn't know what sort of Magnesium to get and noticed triple complex, read good reviews and gave it a go. I still feel a little sceptical about vitamins in general yet listen to guide lines such as take vitamin D during winter months etc. This is the first vitamin I've taken and notice when I've stopped usually due to forgetting to order. I looked into Magnesuim as I was told it can help with tiredness . I don't know about other verities but this one not only helped with tiredness but my menopausal brain fog seemed to evaporate and quality sleep is fantastic.

Product great in combination with something else and combutcha but it’s gigantic and hard to swallow so I will replace it if they don’t change this

I've tried several magnesium supplements, but this one stands out with its combination of three superior forms. My absorption has improved significantly, and I love that it's gentle on my stomach.

I always find it very difficult to tell how impactful vitamins are. No noticeable side effects (friends in particular have said magnesium can give them dihorrea - none of this), didn’t notice a big change in sleep quality. Tablets are easy to swallow and good value for money.
