Over my 2 hubs this is my favorite. Sure the usb a plugs are a bit too close but I bought the Samsung 256gb drives so those have a USB a and usb c so I can space them out. Also works on a Nintendo switch oled

it does what it says. works with samsung phones that have dex on them. just plug it into your phone and tv, and dex comes right up, turning your phone & tv into a computer.

I originally bought this to be a dock for my phone but my oneplus didn't do the desktop experience very well and I scrapped that idea. It does work to display a Nintendo Switch well enough but it doesn't seem to work as well as the original dock, probably a power thing on my end? Consider this if you're gonna take your switch somewhere and don't know if you'll have a need to dock it, it'll work on a pinch and it's very small.

Very bad product. Disconnects from the phone often. even with note 9 and very short hdmi. Bought the original sm ... noticeable difference

Works good with my Tab S7 and Nintendo Switch. Just don't forget your charger.

Update: After 2 days and 2 emails from their supports, it still doesn't get anywhere. I wonder if their supports even know what they're talking about, or it might even be a robot autorespond? Same exact emails 24 hours apart telling me to plug the power in. What powers this cable?I have a Samsung Note 9 - tried on 3 different TV's, 2 of which are Samsung TV's, a Visio TV and a Dell monitor, with all 4 different HDMI cables and all I got is a mirrored vertical phone screen. Yes, I can play a video horizontally when I click on expand the video. But absolutely NO DEX mode! Don't waste your money on this product. The seller falsely claimed in the description that it worked with DEX on Samsung Note 9. I'll try to see if I can return it and buy the official one.

Great adapter, works at 4K for Samsung S5E, and also charges phone and another device. great use for external drives or just a dock for your TV. No lag, good DEX support.

The Good:Allowed fast charge passthrough.Video output was good.Recognized my brand new S10e immediately for DeX.Aluminum was durable.The Bad:USB ports were poorly aligned and it was difficult to put anything into them as it would catch on the housing.The LED indicators for power and connection were very bright, I'm nitpicking this one, but it is bright green and red LEDs, straight out of the 80s. It doesn't go well with the slick look of the design.The small USB C cable attached is so incredibly stiff that adjusting it on the desk moves the phone around. I couldn't use a small stand I had that's just like an easel, I had to use my locking tripod so I could access my phone.It was intermittent with my Logitech keyboard and mouse. It would take over 10 keystrokes before showing text, it's not lag, I'm used to that all the way from DOS. It literally was like it was losing connection and reconnecting the keyboard and mouse during use. I tried a OTG adapter and my phone has no issues with the kb/m as well as my PC and Chromebook.And lastly, if I touched anything after setup, it would lose audio/video connection. It would not reset DeX or lose any data, and if the phone was my audio source I would still get sound.I received this 3 days after I purchased my phone and it gave me a taste of what DeX is capable of, but so many issues has led me to return the product and try something else.
