Supposed to apply 3 times a day. I just do it once and it works for ages.

The way to use the spray could be a bit easier.
This nasal spray is quite good. Although it takes a while to get used to how to use the spray. Not easy. It seems to go all over the place so you get liquid coming down the throat instead of a spray.
