Udi'sGluten Free Pizza Crust, 9 Oz (Case of 8)

I usually get these crusts at the grocery store but they have been sold out lately. I ordered these in bulk and they came in a box with no cooling packs or anything else. My daughter put them in the freezer and this is what we saw when we opened them to make a pizza. Every crust had mold on it. Not sure when or how they molded but we put them in a freezer as soon as we got them. This was a waste of money to order them in bulk for all of them to be bad. Order these at your own financial and health risk.

I have ordered these pizza crust many times. I love them. The key is to pick the correct seller. These crusts need to be stored frozen. When you buy from Food Service Direct they come in a styrofoam box and dry ice. I have never had any quality problems or mold. Yes, they don’t ship next day but it is still free shipping. Getting these crusts locally for me is impossible, no store carries them. They make the perfect size for a meal pizza and are a great healthy choice.

Got these delivered as a 1-day Prime order. As you can see from the photo, they showed up completely moldy. The smell when opening the box was awful. I’m not sure if these are being stored frozen or not, but they certainly aren’t shipped that way. From others reviews, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated situation. Looks like I’m getting a refund, but it’s still disappointing.

Our 8 pack arrived yesterday - each crust was covered in mold. I called Udi's customer service - they said this should have been shipped frozen - it wasn't. Amazon should move the product to Amazon Fresh and ship frozen. Appreciate the full refund from Amazon but what a waste. How will the company reach net-zero with moves like this?

I have ordered this product before and it arrived cold and shells were all fine. This is what I got this time and contacted ConAgra and they had me send them all the information but they will no longer respond and Amazon just tells me it is non returnable---I am out over $60.00

Ok, I have been gluten free for the last 17 years and can honestly tell you these are the BEST hands down pizza crusts. I like mine chewy and so I don't cook as long or crunchy cook a little longer. The flavor is great and the texture has not grit. I use them for pizza, toast them for peanut butter and jelly or about anything. They do not roll up so you have to cut for using as sandwich bread. They are not good with out heating up or toasting so not something you want to buy for straight out of the package. They seem to hold their own when you reheat them, but again need to heat up to get that texture just right.
