Very fun and easy to use! These Gliding Discs Core Sliders make working out a breeze. They are easily used by placing hands or feet on Core Sliders to slide across the floor (hardwood and carpet). This is to help with the workout, to give slight assistance but also to encourage to try for harder. I have really enjoyed them! Very satisfied. Also, what a pretty color! I love a product that can make me smile while working out.

I purchase this item BC of good reviews and they were right. It comes in a cute velvety bag to keep in when not in use and slides with ease on carpet and tile floor. I recommend this item and the company I purchase from emailed me the brochure to download and it had more exercises in it. Happy with my purchase.

I like the quality of these sliders. I was skeptical at first for getting ones that are reasonable priced for me and thinking they will be very fragile. But they are great so far for all my work out needs. I had my husband try them and he can use them too.

Unfortunately i need to use them on a rubber gym floor and neither side works on it.

Edit.I gave the review for another product accidentally.This product is awesome.It has made core workouts...my lease favorite by the way...more interesting. I'm pushing through and getting it done. Trying workouts I couldn't do before I'm excited to do more

Love these! I've been using them for months now and they haven't worn down at all. Great durability. Didn't scratch my hardwood. Just use a Clorox wipe to clean the smooth side. Will order from this company again.

I love this product. I can use it on hardwood floors, carpet or tile. Its really great, and I love the little bag it comes with. Makes it easy to take with me when I travel.
