Lip liner is a necessity in Florida! I’ve been on the hunt for a good neon pink one and they always disappoint! The POP color is actually neon I love it!!

The formula is not very waterproof but it’s a vibrant and highly pigmented pink yes!!

While the color and texture of this lip pencil is fine, it is impossible to sharpen. I've tried two at this point and neither can be sharpened. The outer pencil crumbles and the crayon breaks. It's useless after a few applications.

10/10 does what it should and more— I purchased bc I wanted a good hot pink eyeliner and was having some trouble finding it so I looked at lip liners and this did the trick

They work extremely well in stopping lipstick bleeding into lip wrinkles BUT they are horrible when they need sharpened! I’ve tried every type of sharpener and none work. It’s not the sharpener it’s the lipliner! I just wasted half !! a pencil trying to sharpen it!! So if you want a good nonbleeding liner better buy hundreds of these because they do not last long at all!!!

The lipliner is good, bright coral shade to make any lipstick above it pop and eye-catching. It stays for all day but it gets patchy if tried to build it up leaving harsh lines of lipliner. It needs to be used with precision on lips since its on drier side. There are better formulas as compared to this out in the market.
