This product idea sounded amazing...when I received it, yes the memory aspect works. However, the product looks and feels very cheap. The connectors are loose and move as if they are going to break apart. The connectors cannot be protected together. You either have to have the USB/General adapter or the iPhone adapter poking out with nothing to protect it. When inserting the adapter it is difficult to insert it without pushing it back into the shaft. A great idea, but I feel like I can't let it leave my hand without it breaking.

Doesn't support Mkv format which were the majority of videos I had on my phone that I wanted to copy across. When ordering it stated mkv was supported but this is not the case.. audio is garbled and not watchable. Copied MP3 files fine hence the 2 stars.Edit: tried it again and now it seems to be fine with mkv files so have amended to 4 stars. Loses a star as feel the ui could be better but it does what it says at least

very pleased. took me a while to find out how to use it as I'm 80 years old I don't understand the jargon in the instructions. Works great & I now have 1000s of pieces of music on it & it works great on my I phone
