OPTP PRO-Roller Arch - Foam Roller Support and Positioning Tool – Use with 6-Inch Diameter Large Foam Rollers, A Short or Half Round Foam Roller

I had a herniated disc in my neck and used this arch (in combination with a foam roller) for rehabilitation stretches as the disc slowly healed. It works very well, and as my neck got better, I was able to remove the arch and use just the foam roller for stretching.

While it cost more than I'd thought it does what my PT wants it to do and I do get relief from the neck pain. Use a great deal with my foam roller. I can wipe it down and it holds up great. Plan to purchase a couple more to go with my foam roller to do other stretches.

As an additional spacer on top of a foam roller, this works brilliantly, and will be a comfortable resting area for anyone with a long-enough neck (I’m 6’2”, 188cm), and find this comfortable). Best for lumbar arch support or soft decompression, like neck or base of skull.This is just a bit too soft to provide additional decompression where I need it. This is way too soft for any muscle rolling, or too add any pinpoint muscle pressure - think IT band, for example, or latissimus.You should know before buying that this will not support itself without a foam roller underneath. I’m not sure it is supposed to.

I wasn't sure if this was going to work but it really does make for a more effective roller session. Wasn't really sure how I would incorporate it into my routine but what I use the roller for is stretching out the sternum post heart surgery. With the arch in place my head is perfectly positioned and diaphragmatic breathing is enhanced.

This is really not a one size fits all given everyone has a different neck size and head size. If this had been smaller I would have liked it more.It's functional, but I feel it's oversized when I try to use it to support my neck. I realized after buying this that I could pretty much have lived without it.

I suffer from severe neck pain that also affects my shoulders and lying flat on my back on the yoga mat accentuates that pain. blocks are to dense and blankets are too bulky but this "U" shaped arch is just perfect for me.

Love this with my foam rollers. I can do so much more and release so many hard to reach spots while using these with foam roller! Love!

This works really well in combo with my foam roller to lay on the roller and have a more comfortable experience letting my spine realign then just having your head on the roller!
