Reliable and works exactly as expected
I use the Logitech C920S HD Pro Webcam for Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls, and the video quality is excellent. I have no complaints—it's reliable and works exactly as expected. It very lightweight and well designed.

Great Webcam!
This has been on my wish-list for a long time, I have had this for about 1-2 years now and it has been great for meetings, online proctored tests and I even managed to use for providing a live feed to my 3D printer to monitor progress. Clear quality picture and Logitech software allows for more adjustments to the Webcams’ features. You would need to sign up and have an account to access those features however it is useful.Comparing to cheaper alternatives, it really does give that convenience, hard to realise but it makes a difference! For example a cheaper alternative I had before, didn’t even manage to install the drivers whereas this straight away was able to install drivers on my Windows PC and further enhance with their Logicam software. Logitech barely ever gives me issues. Definitely a great buy!

Copes well with backlit lighting
Bought this for my work from home set up, it set up easily and has been working consistently well. I sit with my back to a window and it copes really well it the backlit conditions.

Easily the best webcam that I have bought!
This is easily the best webcam that I have ever bought and for me is an object lesson in getting what I have paid for.I have in the past purchased much cheaper webcams that promised much but delivered little in terms of picture quality. I decided to invest in this webcam after seeing it used by someone else and the investment was worth it in terms of a much better product, picture quality, ease of use and just ease of fitting it to my laptop or desktop computer. It has the added benefit of microphones and a privacy shutter. Setting it up was literally plug and go. I would buy this again.

Great Value for 1080p Web Camera
I needed a better resolution camera for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Video calls as the built in laptop web camera was woefully under specced. From previous experience, the C920 was a good choice that offers decent value. It has everything I needed for the video calls where I’m working with colleagues and customers. Good resolution at 1080p, auto framing and with the Logitech Webcam Software I was able to further refine the settings and framing to better capture my face and not the room. This fed into the apps I was making use of, mainly Microsoft Teams and some Zoom calls also. Where you can’t really adjust the framing well in the apps. Its not the state of the art but for most use cases it will do.

Small, does the job
It's smaaaaalll. Which is great—don't get deceived by the photos making it look large. Fits snugly on the top of my monitor. Bought it so that I don't have to put video calls on my laptop screen—I can use my main screen and look at the person I'm speaking to.First one arrived with a focus depth issue, got a replacement which addressed it. Logitech support were very polite when I went to make sure it wasn't me missing something (but I did the return through Amazon).Plug it in, off you go. Seems quite good at different light situations. What more is there to say?

Plug n play might be a stretch
My 6 year old Logitech C270 started doing the white picture thing yesterday. As camera reliability is very important for my work, and multiple flickings didn't stop the white picture reappearing every few seconds, I decided to upgrade to the C920S. I'm assuming the S means that it is a C920 that comes with a privacy screen because there doesn't appear to be any other difference between the two. While yes, the camera does work out of the box, I did have to go hunting online to find out where the actual camera software was hiding. Even when I chose my model from the various lists on the Logitech Downloads page, I was presented with 4 different apps to choose from with nary a clue about which one would do what I needed. Thankfully I had found a very informative and easy to read page which not only pointed me to the Download page but which then told me which app to choose - something the Logitech bot wasn't even able to do.Anyhoo once the app was installed, I had to go into each of the different video conferencing tools I use day to day to adjust the zoom and placement for each. I have to say that this was infinitely easier than trying to place the old webcam had been - which eventually had to be wedged in place with blu-tack to stop it from wobbling every time I used my keyboard. I absolutely love the weighted clamp on the C920 which is pretty solid and means that I will be able to use the privacy screen without worrying about knocking the camera off centre - even if I move the camera from one end of the monitor to the other, the zoom settings in the Logi Tune app remain unchanged. So overall I love the ability to control the zoom, lighting etc via the app. I also love the privacy screen which I feel should be a feature on every webcam being sold today. Finally the weight of the clamp makes this webcam sturdy and holds it in place firmly. So far the only thing I really hate is that the thing arrives encased in plastic. The screen I expected; even the shiny clamp. But shrouding the textured back in film was absolutely not the right move as you will see from the picture. That shiny area is high-tack glue left behind by the film. Am I mean to dock a star for this? I don't think so. It's an unnecessary use of plastic, the tacky feel is highly ugggghhhh and I shouldn't have to start working with a new piece of equipment by attacking it with something like Glue Gone.
