Depends...
For what I use it for, I give it a four star. I needed a wireless option for my mini PC that I have in my bedroom to watch media. Now I can just lay in my bed and not get up to change episodes or adjust the volume. My PC has Windows 11 on it. I plugged in the USB thing, then I charged the keyboard (mine was completely dead out of the box) and after it was charged, it connected as soon as I flipped the switch to the on position. The backlight led lights are bright, mine only does red green and blue. The battery seems alright, I plug it in every so often to avoid it dying. It goes into a sleep mode after a few seconds to save on battery. I usually just switch the thing off to avoid accidently hitting buttons. All the functions work has described. All the buttons have a good click and work. Here's the crap side about it. If I have to type in anything more than a password I will opt to use my normal keyboard and mouse. This is in no way a replacement for the typical mouse and keyboard in my opinion. The trackpad works but it has its quirks. I find myself having to tap the "ok" button or one of the directional buttons to reactivate the trackpad because it'll just stop, even when your actively using it. It's very touchy on the taps and sometimes it will click a link that you did not intend to click on even if you were just going to move the mouse cursor. I know this happens on all track pads but it seems to happen a lot more often on this. For the price, if you're just needing a wireless remote control for a media pc, this will do the job. If you're easily annoyed by little quirks (which it has) and have the extra money, maybe I would suggest to look elsewhere, but I'm guessing all similar products have the same annoyances, even the ones that are 3-4x the cost.

Great device, read review for flashing orange light fix
I just got this device and after plugging the dongle into my Xbox, the mini keyboard began working right away. It is thin and light and uses a standard replaceable lithium battery. It also seems to have quite a few keys and functions dedicated to use with a PC (which I cannot test with an Xbox). When I attempted to turn on the backlight, I unintentionally put the device into pairing mode and could not figure out how to turn it off or re-pair with the dongle. After some searching and watching a YouTube video that did not quite work for me, I saw a comment that led me to the solution. To fix the flashing orange light issue:1. Insert the USB dongle into the device you want to control.2. With the mini keyboard right next to the USB dongle, press Fn + F1.This should cause the keyboard and dongle to re-pair and the orange light should stop flash and only appear when you type on the mini keyboard as a signal indicator. Apparently, the mini keyboard and dongle need to be much closer when pairing than than I realized. I really hope this helps you!

Total waste of time and money!
Normally I like to give an item some time before I make a review. Not on this item. It is going back quicker then it was sent. With Amazon and their fast shipping, that is pretty quick! The manual is void of any kind of real instructions on setup or use. There is nothing and I mean NOTHING on any of the functions for the device or keys. The picture on the sale page that gives you 3 functions is all you are going to get.It tells you how to charge it (something anyone can figure out). When do you know it is done? Does the light go from red to blue? Does it blink? Not the sellers problem, you bought it so you figure it out. I think the light just goes out or so it seems. So it is either charged or defective. How do you know when it is paired? Does the light change color or stop blinking? It just goes out. So again it is either working or defective. Let the buyer figure it out. It is odd that the only instructions it gives is on such basic things a chimp can do it. Yet nothing on any useful information. The picture states there are 180000 back lit colors and 256 levels of brightness. So it seems you should be able to select one color rather then the god awful neon carnival show it makes you have. Maybe there is, but again let the buyer figure it out.Want a home shortcut? How about a search shortcut? Want to know how to move down, up. left or right when the keypad or mouse hits the end of the screen. WELL FIGURE IT OUT!!!There is no limit on the amount of bad things I can say about this mini keyboard. There is only one good thing to say, so I will do that...... YOU CAN RETURN IT!How this is getting more then 1 star by anyone is mind blowing. So you can waste your time by getting and then returning it OR you can get a different one from a company that does not have a "You bought so figure it out" mentality.

Great little remote for a PC
This mini keyboard/mouse combo is fantastic! I wish I'd found something like it a couple of years ago. I'm using it with a Linux PC that I setup for streaming video on the living room TV and it was 100% plug and play, no setup required. For the past couple of years I've been using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to control the PC from the couch which can be somewhat cumbersome, not to mention my wife complaining about how much space they take up just sitting around the living room since a full-size keyboard doesn’t fit in our remote basket. Enter this little device. It's small enough to fit in the remote basket, has all the keyboard buttons you'd need for controlling a PC used for media, a mouse pad, and also some nice shortcut forward and back keys that work perfectly with VLC player to quickly navigate through video files. The only minor drawbacks I've found with it are:1) The back cover where the wireless adapter is stored is hard to get off, and while trying to open it I discovered the plastic housing is rather flimsy, but since you only really need to access it once, it's not a big deal.2) There's no shift button on the right hand side of the mini keyboard.Having said that, even if this thing only lasts a year, for $11 it's still a 5-star product.
