SkinSmart Antimicrobial Eczema Therapy with Hypochlorous Acid, Safely Removes Bacteria so Skin Can Heal, for Adults, Kids and Seniors, Travel Size 2 Ounce Clear Spray (Pack of 3)

I have been testing this product since early April. I purchased it because I was trying to moisturize my skin where I had eczema but it would often irritate my skin more to the point of me just scratching the moisturizer off and feeling worse. I discovered this spray after doing some research on bacteria that may get trapped under the moisturizer and irritate your eczema more, and I think it does exactly as advertised. It is soothing, but follow up with a moisturizer that works for you fairly quickly or else it goes back to itching. I don't let it dry all the way but I do pat it across my skin and it's worked best that way. I use Eucerin healing cream (thick texture, big tub with red cap) in combination with this and it has helped me to manage my eczema flare ups much better than I was before.

I was skeptical when I first saw this advertised, but I figured what have I got to lose. I’ve wasted so much time and money on drs. visits and copays , that this would be like just trying another prescription… well.. I have very bad hand eczema, and the minute I sprayed this on, the itching stopped immediately. And it lasted much longer then any cortisone cream or topical that I’ve tried. It drys very quickly, and although it has a very mild chlorine smell that also goes away within seconds. It is a bit drying , but nothing that my 20 different moisturizers can’t handle! If this continues to work, I’m going to make sure I never run out! It might not work for everyone, but it does for me. It does exactly what the description says it’s supposed to do.

It works well but be patient. All skin ailments are unique.

Was having extreme episode of eczema outbreak across my eyelids, foreheard and under my eyes. Tried this product and within 2 days noticed a dramatic improvement. Smells like pool chlorine (not too bad) but does not bleach hair, clothes or face. I close my eyes, spray lightly and let dry, then put on makeup. Very, very happy with results on itchy, red and peeling eczema (now totally under control) and have purchased twice so far. I use it every day getting ready for work to keep my eczema under control. Being an antimicrobial, I also use it on any cuts or scrapes I get while gardening. Works great!

For over 3 years my wife had been tested for allergies, poked on, had tissue samples done and a slew of other things. This was my first time trying this brand for a hypochlorous acid spray. I use it specifically after running to spray on my face, but I feel like this one hasn't helped prevent breakouts like others have. I was surprised by the packaging since hypochlorous spray is not supposed to be in a transparent bottle to keep its strength. I do feel like it's not as strong but it has a strong smell when you spray it.

Have you ever taken a shower, gone to bed and still woke up with "something" in your eyes, dry, itching, feels like dust or sand? Well, the area for which I bought this is for my face. So, I washed first with the eczema soap (different purchase), closed my eyes and sprayed a lot. Didn't know what to expect so, I wiped my eyes before opening and...the itching and dryness was gone!! That is not why I bought this but, BONUS!So, I recommend buying a battery powered rotary facial brush and an eczema soap, like the kind you leave on for 5 minutes. Then, your face is cleaned, three times per day and this product kills the bacteria. As the bottle states, 70% of Eczema is bacterial. This will take 14 days to prove and today is my first day. I'll update in 14 days and you’ll know. For the first time application, all I can say is, it feels excellent and has a pleasant enough smell, nearly invisible smell really, maybe like glycol or such. No residue. Only complaint is the super thick plastic I had to remove to use it. Stupidly thick and difficult to remove.

This spray was initial purchased to help manage my eczema flare ups, but I have used it for so much more! It does not sting and disinfects. You can see feel the difference after using the spray. This is my second bottle purchased and have been using it regularly with no side effects.
