Still waiting for replacement of this product got used product firstly and now waiting for replacement for last one week still no response

I have been looking for soft cushion for my office chair as it had hard cushion. Not too small.As it's small couldn't sit comfortably all times. Like have to be stuck to seat with fevicol.Verdict:You can try it once and return if you don't like it.Thanks to Amazon and seller, accepted return and refunded full amount.Final word: seller doing wrong practice of forcing review of product as Clause to get warranty on product. Not sure if we really can/need get warranty.Next day I ordered white willow cushion which has options in weight and is slightly bigger than this one.
