Classy and solid and a useful additional desk lamp
Perhaps not quite as classy looking as the Exerz globes, but very close, and just as solid in feel. I think they might be made in the same factory although there are some differences e.g. the switch design and the exact choice of which features to label. Well made especially for the price. It's a crystal clear globe, extremely readable particularly with the light switched on, and unfussy in design. In contrast to the Exerz antique globe, it provides quite a cold temperature light (well, obvs, because the oceans are blue instead of beige!). But it's still a cheerful highlight for a desk. Since Exerz don't currently seem to have a similar illuminated 20cm globe available, I was very happy with this one.

Really nice. And great light inside
Just an update after 1 year. My lad uses this as a night light. LED had failed but this was every night 8 hours min.Led should last longer though. I replaced the led ring for 3 quid off Ebay and so far so good.

This is a great globe - all the countries and capitals are present and correct. Comes with a small magnifying glass, dry wipe marker (for annotation) and a cleaning cloth in the box.It's got a nice wooden base and a sturdy metal frame. I like how it lights up as well - this will be a Christmas present for my nephew so he can also use it as a night light.

Very good & sturdy
Great item for kids to get their head around the geographical locations of different countries. With USB power cable, can be plugged into power supply easily. My baby loves it and always have it glowing on their table.

Good value
Can't wait for my 10 year old grandson's birthday at the end of the month! I unpacked the globe to check it out and was impressed with the globe and the additional pen and wiper, plus a magnifying glass which I didn't expect. I know this will be well used come the birthday.

My 3 year old loves it
Perfect gift for my curious 3 year old as he asks lots of questions about space and the earth. This has been a fun and educational item / toy for him.
