These buttons work great for tagging anything you can wrap an elastic band around. I use pony tail elastic bands because they don't deteriorate like rubber bands, which break and then your tag falls off. I put these around the milk and O.J. jug, the bleach bottle, the window cleaner and furniture polish, the bathroom cleaner and the toilet bowl cleaner. They stick nicely to the bottom of my pill bottles with a pair of loop and hook dots from the fabric department. I have even just dropped the button into a pill bottle and the Way Around app reads the tag through the container. Safety pins will hold these buttons on clothes if sewing isn't your thing. Be sure to use stainless steel pins to avoid rust.
