Really nice Looking shower assembly and easy to install.
This is a lovely, well made dual shower. The rain shower head is perfect and the water is directed perfectly out of each silicone nozzle. It is easy to operate and the polished chrome looks pristine. The only let down was the hand held shower head. 2 of the setting were good, but the power setting was poorly directed and weak, a bit like water coming out of a hose pipe. That said, it is personal preferences, and it was easily fixed with another brand.Fitting was a no brained, with a few tweaks with seals. They need to be a little bigger, so be gentle tightening the valve up.I still gave it top marks, because I don't believe personal preference should tip the balance from it being a top quality product and if you can't fit it, maybe you shouldn't try to fit it in the first place.

Brilliant
Bought this for the en-suite shower cubicle, it took about 30mins to fit to an existing concealed thermostat mixer setup. For the money I wasn't expecting too much and of course it's made in China. I read some of the reviews where it said the wall brackets didn't hold the riser pipe, I had the same problem until I realised I was fitting it wrong, the chrome cap prises off the bracket which reveals a threaded black insert with a flat screwdriver fitting, tighten with said screwdriver onto the curved pipe holder insert and then pop the chrome cap back on, riser pipe is fixed solid. I bought a second Grifema unit for the bathroom to fit to a bath mixer tap, 30 mins and job done. Only time will tell on their reliability but two units installed for £110, it had to be worth a go. The rainfall and shower spray work individually or both together and with our pressurised hot water system running off an oil boiler, it's fabulous. Already had numerous compliments.

Value for money, Quality based on price.
All the pipe joints need PTFE tape, especially the two chrome pipes, there is a small clear "o" ring supplied that needs to be fitted between two pipes to seal, flexible pipes are cheap in quality, the diverter is of lower quality. I guess its value for money, the metal round rain fall head is very good.. Note when you have hot water running the pipe will get hot !. I have thermostatic vale so it ok. You will get noise of the water traveling thru the pipe work due to narrow passage of the diverter value. Overall I will be happy if it last's over a year.

Good quality easy installation
Decent quality easy install brackets don’t quite tighten on the pipe though but a dab of glue on the inside sorted thatOverall happy with it

Does not work with high pressure shower pumps
The hoses and diverter have an internal diameter of about 6mm. A high pressure (2-bar) shower pump usually has hoses and fittings with about 11mm internal diameter. The smaller internal diameter has 2 effects:1 - the water flow and pressure out of the shower head is less that with system designed for high pressure2 - the restricted hose and diverter internal diameters create a back pressure in the system, which means if you have certain types of thermostatic mixer (e.g., AquaLisa) the temperature control lever is very difficult to move and might even damage the thermostatic unit. So, avoid this shower system if you have a pumped system with a thermostatic temperature control valve.I would also echo previous reviews, that the plastic fixings to secure the rail to the wall are not very strong, and I think could easily break. And the design of the shower rail brackets seems to have changed since the review by Mr Juggles. Ther is no longer an adjuster inside the rail holder to tighten the rail in position, although the instructions still show this. The new design relies on the blanking discs to be screwed in to tighten the rail into position. Not easy, as there are no screwdriver slots, or any other way to tighten these, other than by hand.

It's ok ish
Not a bad shower heads the riser and the valve are ok completely let down by the useless flimsy plastic wall brackets I have ordered a good set from somewhere else. it's impossible to get support from the manufacturer unless you speak Spanish I have never come across such a poor mount and I am a plumber/bathroom fitter for the past 35 year's

Disappointing
Bought two of these units, installed the first one and works really well, installed the second one and after installation found the valve that directs the water from one shower head to the other was not working. I got in touch with Amazon who informed me that I could return this item and get a full refund, al well and good. I asked if I could just get the valve sent out and the unit is installed and to take it of the wall would cause problem and the unit could not be resold as it would have silicone over some parts. I was informed that they could not contact the seller and the only way was to send it back. This again will cost me time to dismantle and then take time of work to bring it to a post office that accepts the package. Not at all happy as you can read.

Good for the money works well fitted to a standard electric shower
Brill - I've been looking for a dual shower for a while but most were ridiculously expensive for me to buy in what is a rented property and most fitted into the mains supply. This fitted really well and easily to an electric shower (used the existing screw holes from the current shower riser pole). Pressure was good from the higher rainfall shower head. Only downside was the pressure from the small shower head. I ended up buying a separate shower head (the one with the beads and 3 way pressure switch). No leaks or drips from the connections. Looks good for the money. But if you have children and use the shower 10 times a day, be aware that it may not be as resilient and a solid metal hose and pole.
