Love this formula. The herbs in it are paired with just the right amount of melatonin. I don't have to use it every single night. It works great.

I just bought these for winter since my circadian rhythms are a bit off due to Seasonal Affective Disorder. I bought two different brands but I like this one the best. 2 gummies gives me more than half my zinc needs for a day. I also like that it's flavored with elderberry extract because it's so amazing for my immune system. I take them 3 hours after I've eaten dinner and they kick in within 20 minutes. They also melt in my mouth when I take them instead of chewy gummies that can be problematic for sensitive teeth. You wont have that issue with this brand. They dissolve quickly and have a yummy flavor. I will definitely be getting more of these to help me get through the winter months.

I have tried Dozens of melatonin products, even ones by doctors and this is the only one that works for me and my daughter. I take one as soon as I get in bed. If I wake up during the night I take the second one and usually can get back to sleep after a bit.
