Installed easily. I did have some trouble with the high voltage wire arcing to the frame at the laser tube. I put some rubber in between the wire and frame to solve the problem. After alignment and focusing, I am operating the engraver at 40% less power than before and getting great results.

I build custom K40 lasers for customers 2040 Vslot duel Y axis 36"x36" cut area can be expanded to any tube size you want in the future. That is my business and what I do build day in and day out 60+ hours a day.I gave them a try due to fast delivery time and still reasonable price. The Tube I got and installed in a testing machine worked for about 2 weeks then stopped working. No big deal it happens even the best of the best can have a bad item here and there. Put in to get a replacement and Jump through 9999 hoops do this do that etc.Look I have already done all of that. I am busy and have machines to build and ship. I don't have time to waste. So this one is written off I already ordered and replaced it from a different company.This company does not stand behind its product. If you have loads of time to spare maybe you can get a replacement. I have 10 lifetimes worth of work to do literally no time to waste doing the steps I have already done well before I made the decision the tube went bad.Before I even message1. Test the PSU verify its working.2. Verify Lid switch is not causing the problem3. Verify Safty switch not engaged4. Volt meter to verify signal coming from the mother board6. Swap power supply for new one7. Try different TubeSee I have more than verified 7 different ways the tube is 100% the problem a few times before I even bother to make contact to say "hey I have a bad tube" by the time I message you to say the tube is bad I have tested it over and over and over I don't just say "oh the tube not working let me message them"Anyhow You should probably buy from Cloudray or Omtech Just shipping is a bit slower they do stand behind their products. Lesson learned from me.

This is a 80w-100w laser tube purchased as a replacement. Arived undamaged. No instructions so you better be knowledgable or have watched alot of youtube videos so you don't mess this up. The unit is well made and very robust. Nice product.

Looks good so far

The tube was used as a replacement for a Reb and black 60watt Chinese laser. Fit was great, some adjustments were of course needed, but didn't take long to get it dialed in. Overall, it works much better than the original when it was new. Most importantly, it arrived with no damage and was packaged very well. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect fit and not broken.

This product is advertised as a "40W Laser Tube 700mm Length 50mm Dia" CO2 Laser Tube. I was very impressed by Amazon's overnight delivery on a weekend. I was not impressed when I opened the package to find a tube that measures just under 640 MM length at 50mm dia. The label says it is 40 watts but that's hard to verify without the good laser power meter which I don't own. It does fit and work in the engraving machine that was being repaired but is not what I ordered, not what I wanted to use. Another supplier would be a better choice for your repairs. I only wish I had time to return it but needed to meet a customer's schedule needs.
