Absolutely brilliant. Steams my hair perfectly, controls are easy to use, cord long enough, a joy on wash day.

I've fine hair which has a dry patch and hair loss and thinning since COVID , medication and menopause. I've various health issues. I was always fond if my hair but it's a bit difficult at times.Various targeted conditioners help but not that much. I can't take Perfectil due to B3 intolerance so I bought this. I want to reduce breakage as my hair is brittle at the back.Firstly ,design :It's well made. Nice colourful design , a reasonable length lead for sitting watching TV or in bed. You can tighten the cap via toggleCleaning:. It has a zip around so you can wash the interior.I wear a disposable cap but it comes with an extra shower cap.Controls:The controls are well situated and you can choose a range of temperatures 1 to 10 and a length of time up to 45mins.I chose heat 4 as it was plenty warm enough and 45 minutes.How to useThe instructions said to wash your hair first, but as I used coconut oil I knew I'd need shampoo afterI simply wet my hair and put it in a towel. The instructions say 80 % dry but tbh mine was wetter. I would suggest it was damp rather than wet.I rubbed coconut oil through my hair and put it in a disposable cap and placed the apparatus in my head.After 45 minutes I washed my hair with a bar if shampoo. I did not use conditioner as I wanted to see how well it had worked.My hair felt very nice and soft.I've 2c hair . It's very fine . I would not say it is abundant but it's medium thick considering my age, health issues etc. In my sixties. I've kept my colour 80% dark although I top it up with henna and indigo .I think this cap would work well with henna.ConclusionA great well made product. Very pleased so far.I included a picture of my unbrushed hair.I hope this was helpful to anyone hoping to purchase.I imagine this would be great also if you have high porosity hair or are very curly and looking to do super moisturiser treatment.I'm thinking you could also set your hair in pincurls or rollers using this cap.I'll try this and see. You'd have to damp it a bit first.

Lovely and less than £20! Bargain. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Heats up quickly and the size cap fits my huge head! The string keeps it snug so no dripping. Make sure hair is not wet dripping before you add the cap and cover. The only disadvantage the cord could be longer.

Very easy to use, heat level is great, cord length is great too. Saves you a lot of money going to the saloon to steam your hair. I bought one for a friend and she refers to it as the greatest gift she’s ever received

Cap okay but the temperature isn’t quite right. It didn’t do much for my hair and I don’t have a lot of hair although 4C. It’s not too full or too long. The cap didn’t do much as the temperature isn’t as high as advertised so still ended up leaving my hair in the shower cap for longer to get the benefit of conditioning.

Nice and easy to use.it works perfectly well even though it took about 5minutes for me to feel the heating but overall I achieved my purpose of buying it.i will buy it again
