So far so good as advertised
The product is rugged and sturdy. When you used it, you can tell there is nothing ill fitted about it. Everything is intact.I have to give 5 stars for ergonomics as there is no need for straining our whole muscle or bend our body forward or sideways while using it.I have been using it for breaking hugh bolder stones that cannot be fitted into stone crusher's feeder. It has been working like a charm.Customer dealing was superb. They made sure that I received my warranty card approval through email as well as through phone call.I'd certainly recommend it. To any buyers who are still deciding, I say, go ahead and buy it. You'll not regret it.

Review after 50 days of use
I used this hammer for digging the laterite rock in my garden to plant trees. Dug 20 holes of 4 feet depth. The machine worked like a charm. It is still working and did what I expected of it.1. Machine has worked without a issue- the chisel didn't last long. The chisel tip broke in the first hole itself. (see the image). I bought one from market for 450 Rs and has dug the rest of 19 holes.2. The equipment needs to be oiled, the manual doesn't specify which. After calling customer care, I was informed to use 2T engine oil. Oil has to be filled every 5-6 hours of use.3. I love the packing and the bag in which it comes. Handy to carry around. Also they provide a very useful can that helps in oiling.4. Delivery was prompt and no damages noted.5. I suggest they add more information in the manual. Including chisel size needed and oil to be used.Overall, this is my 5th ibell product and I am happy with their price to performance.

Good at price but bad at make
The media could not be loaded. Product is good at its price but have some manufacturing defects. It is not throughly examined before delivered. It doesn't not have it's service center pan India. Why I say so? I belong to Odisha and it's so far from Kerala the state where the company is. If I face any problem with the machine I need to send it to Kerala for service, which is not favourable for the coustumer like me. So I should suggest company should think about it. Other wise it's good to buy. I found some common issues in all the reviews the other customers gave, that is oil leakage problem. I too had the same problem. You can see the photo and the video I have have attached. So my sincere suggestions to the company to take this issue seriously and help it's customers a pleasant and happy buying experience. Thanks
