This sauna belt isn't the way most belts I have purchased & reviewed are put together. They use one solid piece of the material that goes up next to your body. It's quality. So the basic thing is they use better materials, & they use a good stitching, to hold it all together. Better product.

Product is not meant to permanently remove body fat, but paired with my regular workouts i am finally starting to see results. It makes you really sweaty because it forces your body to release water weight, but it has been all the worth it.

It is wide and enough to cover my chubby abdomen. Lol . Quality is good. Would repurchase. Wish it was bigger sizes for chubby men. This one is small for for my bf.
