Scratch Doctor Black Fabric Dye | Permanent Liquid Paint (500ml)

Used a sponge, as suggested, on my kitchen chair covers. They look great, like new! Plenty of fabric days left to apply again another time if needed.

Easy to use, but very thin, so be prepared for drips! Absorbs very well, dries on synthetic with a sheen and looks amazing. One coat of black (500ml) did a small wingback chair.

Tried a few different makes of carpet dye, this is the best & goes furtherOnly downfall still get black feet after months of doing my hallway & can be wiped off easily after spillage

Used a lot of this to touch up four dining room chairs. But was well worth it. They look new.

The dye has made my item of material which I dyed rock hard/solid. Upon washing most of the dye came off into my washing machine and the material is still now rock solid and patchy.I recommend you order Dylon dye instead,that has never given me problems.

Good colour but makes the fabric very hard, perhaps not recommended for velvet or draylon upholstery.

I bought this in mind to paint fabric and all but then when I got it it just fades out and has no thickness or strength to it at all so I guess if you want a faded product this is the one.

Used a brush, I found sponges didn’t really work well.Great coverage and colour.
