I agonized over which Item I should buy; cost was a huge part of the equation, so I went with this one instead of the much more expensive items that were shown...but I also wanted versatility and comfort. This wedge has it ALL and have to say I LOVE this wedge and made the right decision. It had ZERO smell, puffed up big & firm within a couple of hours. I'm using it on the 12" high level and it's made sleeping a whole lot easier. I use it in the up position to watch TV or read and then flip it down to sleep with it. I adjusted very quickly to having my head up at such a high slant. How wonderful to wake up not hearing my husband elbow me and say "take some mucinex, you're snoring SO loudly!" It's a joy to stop wrangling with 3 different pillows and it's worth every penny! I haven't even unzipped it to try out the lower elevations that are possible too. I wish they also sold covers for the wedge in the full 12" high configuration, that is my only complaint. Helped a lot with nighttime post nasal drip, which IS the cause of my snoring. Now my husband wants one too.

The wedge pillow model was recommended by my sister who had nasal surgery. I ordered the same one and am pleased with this purchase. I had nasal and ear surgery. The wedge is comfortable and does not shift or crush while laying on it. It is useful to have a handle when I move it from bed to couch. The cover is soft and pliable. I did wash the cover as the instructions stated to do. I could not figure out how to place the cover back onto the pillow despite using the picture diagram. Thankfully a friend put it on easily. It gives you 7 options for one pillow which is very functional and value added.

It is comfortable I sleep on it every night to elevate my head it helps me breathe better I have congestion and sometimes I have heartburn it helps with heartburn as well. And I like to watch TV on the couch with it too.

These work well for me. I have sciatica and the wedge under my knees really help with the pain. It helps me sleep. I use it every night.

Unlike a few of the reviews I read, my pillow inflated to size in just a couple minutes. I did have to launder the cover before using it because of a chemical smell, but was fine after the wash.The pillow is soft enough to be comfortable but substantial enough to provide the support needed to sustain the angular incline.That being said I encountered some issues that may affect the use of the pillow without necessarily being the fault of the pillow. Since most everyone moves in their sleep, I found it very uncomfortable if your hip is not aligned with the angle of incline which causes a bad bend in your spine. I could avoid it if I put another pillow under my knees which prevents me for moving around too much. Also, if I decide to lie on my side the pillow doesn't have enough give to for my broad shoulders which then causes a krick in my neck. This can be avoided by just sleeping on my back or by supporting my sides with a couple pillows and adding another under my head.Overall it functions as it should but they may want to make one with an indentation in the middle for side sleepers.

I purchased the Bed Wedge Pillow with the 2 Separate Memory Foam Incline Cushions system hoping to alleviate some discomfort in my legs, knees, and back. While it does have its merits, I have some mixed feelings about its overall performance.On the positive side, the memory foam cushions are comfortable and offer decent support. I found it particularly helpful for propping up my legs and reducing swelling after a long day.However, there are a couple of downsides that can't be ignored. First, the two separate cushions tend to shift around during the night, which can be a bit frustrating. It would have been great if there was a way to secure them together to maintain the desired position.Second, the memory foam tends to retain heat, and I found myself getting uncomfortably warm at times. This might not be an issue for everyone, but it's something to consider if you're sensitive to temperature changes while sleeping.Overall, the Bed Wedge Pillow has its benefits, especially for those seeking relief for specific body parts. While the shifting cushions and heat retention are minor drawbacks, they do impact the overall experience. It's a decent option, but there might be better alternatives out there.

I used this wedge pillow after my major surgery. It is very comfortable and can be adjusted to use as propping up while watching tv and then change the form for sleeping at night.
