This set is so much easier for me to use than the Norewex set I'd been using. I'm probably weird, but I just couldn't get the hang of the Norwex, although I do use many of their other products. The Unger set is so easy and does a superb job. Come out clean in the wash, too. I made my own 2' handle to use on the inside windows from an old broom handle and I use the larger handle that came with the set for outside. I actually look forward to washing my windows now! They have never sparkled so much - probably because I'm cleaning them more often.....

This equipment is very handy when it comes to cleaning windows. I have used it several times and I have had no problems.

I have been using this product for a few years now but needed the extension pole after moving. The pole is adjustable and makes reaching hard to reach areas much easier. I think it might be a little overpriced since I didn’t need the squeegee but just the pole.

This is the best Telescoping mop on the market. The pole is strong enough to put pressure on it when cleaning. It works exceptionally well with Unger Glass Cleaning liquid. They make spot free windows. It’s a great product. A bit pricey in comparison to others, but worth the price difference as it will last and the cleaning head cover is removable and machine washable.

This kit made the drudgery of washing windows a piece of cake. Highly recommend!

When it comes to cleaning windows, paper towels just cannot work as well as a good squeegee. I'm super happy with how well this works. And the extension pole allows me to reach my high windows. Having the scrubber on one side and squeegee on the other is great design. No major complaints so far!

Rubber on the squeegee will not stay in the metal holder. Each time you wipe the squeegee the rubber falls out. Also, the squeegee is not as long as the sponge so each time you wipe you have to move the squeegee so you have enough rubber to wipe the window. I bought one a couple of years ago and it worked perfect. This one is unusable.
