I really like these coffee mixes, they are easy to make, quick to dissolve and good flavor. The taste better than plain instant coffees, my opinion, but the flavor is mainly coffee. In this one I couldn't taste the apple or pomegranate flavors which is fine because I really enjoy the coffee flavor. I can drink one of these in the morning and I don't feel the need for anymore caffeine type drinks throughout the day. I actually end drinking more water during the day after drinking these! They do fill you and give you a full feeling... I will usually not get hungry till around 11.

I really like the Fitne products. I had the chance to try one of their other varieties that include white kidney bean extract, lysine, and b-vitamins. I took to it so much that it has been a regular reorder for me. It is a very creamy, sweet, instant coffee drink with added supplements. The amount of suggested water is 120 ml, which is FOUR OUNCES of water. It tastes delicious made at 4 ounces, and it can be watered down to 8 ounces and that is about it. What I always do is just add it directly to a cup of coffee. I normally drink my coffee black, but this is so pleasantly creamy and sweet that I am really enjoying this added to my coffee. It even tastes good using half a packet. But usually I just add it all in.The other thing I like to do (and I do this with the other variety) is to make an iced coffee with it. I will add it other powdered instant coffee, or use regular coffee. If you blend it with ice and add a touch of caramel syrup, it tastes a lot like a frozen cappuccino (tim hortons if you got them in your area).As for weight loss, beauty, etc.. I have been losing weight lately. Loads of variables go into it, but I didnt start off "trying". I had added a carb blocker, added in some weight loss coffee supplements, added vitamin D3, etc.. all as trying products, and I noticed myself not eating as much, particularly carb laden (especially refined carbs, sweets mostly), had more energy, ambition.. and one thing led to another and I have reduced by 25 lbs in the last 3 months. I am not even on a diet. So I cant say that this product has been the thing that contributed to that, but it is part of all the things that have just happened. Even if no contribution, I just really like this product. I find it tastes really no different than the one I linked to above. SO I will likely continue to just buy that one (also is a couple $$ cheaper). I haven't tried others of this ilk, so I have nothing to compare it to.As with the other, I would give it 5 stars if it had more of a coffee flavor. I otherwise see this as caffeinated sweet creamer. lol

This was ok not worth the second buy to me because it was too sweet and lack of flavor I really didn’t see or feel any from this flavor or coffee I thought it would taste like apples or the pomegranate flavor butt nope

I am very happy with my order of FITNE Premium Instant Coffee Mix. I prefer instant coffee as I do not own a coffee making machine. Usually when I want coffee I am very busy and want it quick. I decided to give FITNE Premium Instant Coffee Mix a try and really liked it! It's in small packets, perfect for a cup at a time. It's easy to take on-the-go, and I like to pack it with my lunch to have at work. All I do is mix it with water. I normally like to use cream and sugar but find this mix tastes really great as it is. I can't say that I believe all their claims, such as boosting fat burning, but improving insulin function and decreasing glucose absorption is plausible. Anyway, the coffee mix is like coffee with a creamer and it is pretty tasty. Unlike some other brands that are too sweet and no coffee taste, this one is pretty good. It is not too sweet, but it is probably more sweet and more cream than what a serious coffee drinkers like.It does not show caffeine content and it does not seem to have much, if any.
