Product Installed within 3 days of deliveryProduct Review: AwesomeThere are only 2 choices in the market for 8 place settings dishwasher ( Faber & Voltas). Voltas has lot of reviews plus youtube videos. Faber has none. Still went with Faber since Voltas has some bad reviews in terms of installation and white stains on the dishwasher door.Seems like a good decision. Faber has 3 color and we choose black. The dimensions are exactly as mentioned in the product page. Inside the package you will get (the dishwasher, the inlet pipe, the outlet pipe and salt filling cup). YOU WILL NOT GET, the inlet pipe connector or Detergent + Rinse Aid + Dishwasher Salt. Please ensure you have all these ready for the demo. As you can see in the picture since I connected by inlet to the same pipe from where my Aqua-guard was connected I had the connector in place. I am using Fortune detergent combo (ordered along with the Dishwasher).The results are good. I have tried the 90 mins and 2hr 30 mins cycle. I tried the ECO mode only once (3hrs) takes the most time but result were not okay. Better to go with the 90 min cycle or 2hr 30 mins cycle. Size is pretty decent for a family of 3-4 members. You can put lot of utensils in the bottom rack.ENSURE you use on Stainless Steel , Glass and Dishwasher Safe Plastic. In our first wash we put the casserole and it got deformed.DONT put non stick utensils, dekchis, aluminium or thin plastic utensils/containers.Once the cycle is complete when you open the door, the detergent holder opens up. This is not a defect rather its the expected product behaviour. Don't get worried.MYTH: You need to clean all utensils before you put it in Dishwasher. This is not actually correct. Just like you need to remove large food particles before you clean the dishes in your hand so that it doesn't clog the drain , similarly for the dishwasher's filter ensure you don't put any large food particle left in the utensils.Please keep you expectations in check. If you have a heavily burnt utensil, the dishwasher is not going to make it look like new neither your house help can :P. We soak any utensil we use immediately and then put it in dishwasher.At the very least you get to save 30 to 45 mins of your time and get hygienically cleaned utensils. The feeling when you get your utensils out is just like getting freshly baked cake out of the oven :P.

Excellent product where regular big dishwashers can’t fit. The installation was very fast and good.Works very well, utensils come out clean.

Never ever buy this product or any Faber Dishwasher.Faber is the biggest fraud in India. My dishwasher has stopped working since October 21. Today's date is December 18, 2024 and they have not replaced my DEFECTIVE unit. The unit is a write off because the Faber technicians are unable to solve it.My Dishwasher is still under comprehensive warranty and yet Faber is refusing to honour the warranty terms, which entitles me to a full replacement.NEVER BUY FABER.For your peace of mind buy from Bosch or IFB. Spending extra money on these brands is worth it, especially for your mental sanity

Got the dishwasher today morning. Delivery was smooth. Thanks to Amazon for the smooth delivery.After reading the reviews, I thought it would anyways take around 10 days for the installation to take place and called the customer care number.They registered our service request and said it will take 48 hrs for the installation. To our surprise, Mr. Anbukumar from ideal care chennai, called us within an hour of our request and after talking to us, he was there in our place in half an hour to install the product. He gave us a wonderful demo after installation and checked for water leakage and how the water drains and all. He even gave us details on whom to contact in case of any problem and other details as well. AWe even tried a round of washing the vessels after he gave us the demo and it was so easy and one round of dishes was done in 30 mins.The dish washer is compact and does not occupy much space. Kept oily ladle and it came out neat and clean. Just that we need to wash it once after taking out the vessels as it is a bit slimy and not crisp like it used to be when we wash using our hands. So one star less for this reason only.I tried with a cycle for 1 and half hrs and it is good. It is as good as cleaning with hot water. Comes out crisp.

They did a swift delivery the very next day and within 3 days the Faber technician installed the dishwasher.Despite its smaller size, the dishwasher does a thorough job of cleaning dishes.The controls are simple making it easy to select the right washing program based on my needs.The Faber dishwasher offers good value for the price. It does the job well, If you're looking for an affordable, space-saving dishwasher, this one is definitely worth considering.
