Fly traps work GREAT.....just use your own string to hang them.
These fly traps work great. Fill with water.....hang 'em up....give it a day or two to get really stinky....and Presto! You've got lots of flies trapped inside trying to get out as they walk around on hundreds and hundreds of their dead buddies.I've got two of them just out of "smell range" of my back patio. They have significantly reduced the number of flies and now it's much nicer to eat outside again. The number inside the house is down nicely as well.NOTE: Don't use the included twisty tie to hang these up.....they always seem to come undone in the wind. Once they fall they split open easily. Instead, use a good length of strong string and tie it up good. Happy Hunting!

First two are working great!
1 week update: The one in my front yard is almost FULL of flies. There's been a probably 90% drop in flies buzzing around my workbench when I'm in the garage. There's a dwarf apple tree of some sort full of rotting fruit so they won't completely go away, but the decrease in numbers has been great! I don't notice the smell unless I'm right next to the bag and there's no sign of leaking yet. Most of the liquid is gone so I'll probably throw it out and put up a new one soon. The one out back was ripped open probably by a raccoon but it still caught enough that my dog and I aren't being swarmed by house flies in the yard again yet! Wish I'd bought these years ago!Pests of all varieties have been driving me and my dog insane this year; deer flies, fleas, mosquitoes, biting gnats, and house/horse flies. I haven't used this kind of bag trap (even though I know they work) because they're stinky and a pain to dispose of but I'm desperate and SO GLAD I did. I put the first two out about a day and a half ago, one towards the street in the front yard and one hung in a tree out past the fenced-in part of my back yard. They were easy to open (cut a little past the dotted line or the top won't pull out easily), kind of awkward to fill in the shallow sink faucet (I'll use a spigot next time and let the sun warm them up), but they come with a nice hanging wire and it took maybe 2 minutes to set them up. There's no sign of leaking at least in these two.And wow do these things work!!! The one out front has a solid INCH of dead flies in it already. They're buzzing around the top all but fighting each other to squeeze inside and get caught! I haven't gone that close to the one in back, but for the first time all year, I went to pick up my dog's "business" tonight and it wasn't swarmed with flies by the time I walked across the yard! I haven't noticed any smell yet, but I also put them far enough from the house that it shouldn't be a problem. Now, one bit of false advertising is that these will NOT catch deer flies. Maybe the odd one by accident, but deer flies don't hunt by scent. The stinky bait in these will catch regular house and horse flies, probably most of the other varieties listed, but not deer flies. Those little jerks hunt by sight, looking for horizontal motion. They ARE attracted to the color blue, which maybe is why they claim this trap will catch them, but it's not moving and they won't be attracted to the scent of the bait, so they probably won't go inside.I normally use sticky traps for wasps and flies but the Rescue wasp traps have gotten EXPENSIVE the last couple years. The smaller Rescue fly traps aren't quite as expensive, work great, but are full in under a week so those get expensive too. (Yes, FULL, like someone rolled them in a bunch of dead flies!) I tried the really cheap Black Flag brand yellow sticky traps and those were a joke, nothing stuck to them and they fell apart in days. If you don't have that bad of a problem, or don't want to deal with the potential mess and stink of these traps, get the Rescue ones. If you're being driven absolutely batty by flies, get these traps!

Stinky but works
These do the job for sure only doing 4 stars because the smell is HORRIBLE. We hung this by our back door to hopefully keeps flys from coming in and let me tell you it’s doing the job but the smell is so strong it’s like a cow farm left patty’s alllllll over my deck. Overall works great, not to big, catches the files and keeps them in, just STANKY

Disgusting… works too well
I love and hate this fly trap. I hate how well it works. These bags fill up with flies fast, and it’s gross to look at. Where I live, cats poop in the yard and that attracts a ton of flies. Since using these traps, I still see some flies, but way fewer than before. They’re easy to set up, but once you add water, the smell is bad, so hang them far from doors or anywhere you walk by often. It’s nasty how full the bags get, but honestly, they work too well. As gross as they are, I’ll probably buy them again.

EFFICIENT and easy to use. Works EXTREMELY fast
These things WORK! Maybe too well 😝 I bought 2 of these and placed them on opposite ends of my back yard. It is INSANE how quickly flies accumulated 😟 it had made a SIGNIFICANT difference to decrease the number of flies that come inside. The smell is atrocious though, obviously, so just make sure to read the instructions and place 20 ft away from your door.

Effective fly catcher bait bags
This is an excellent fly catcher. It works as it says it would. The reviews I read before buying were all correct. It's a quick way to catch flies to keep away from the cats eating outdoors. There is no bad odor and it was easy to assemble. You just have to add water. Follow the instructions and you'll be all set.

Read instructions before cutting
I hope I’m not being too premature with this review but when I got the package, it was kind of complicated to figure out how it worked. I ended up cutting the bottom off of one so it was wasted, but I understood the directions finally on the other three, I will use my vacuum sealer to fix the one I cut off so it’s still going to be usable but take your time and read these directions so you know what to do. I will post another review once I see if it really catches flies.

They work great
Bought these to try. I've been using another brand for years. This one works just as well the bag was full after one day of having a cookout. I only wish there was a better way to dispose of these after use. They smell sooooooo bad and you put them in your trashcan and it smells for miles. I even ziplok it on a bag but still smells horrible. But they do work great.
