Came as described. Works fine for my portable ac. Like stated by others does not include instructions. But that is fine, its a replacement for the one that came with the AC so should already know how to use it. Also, it's pretty common sense to assemble.

Wprks perfect, the hose is a perfect length. Only issues, i had to use my own screws to connect the hose to the window section as it didn't clip in place and it didn't come with a solid piece on the end of the hose to screw inside the unit, I used one I had previously. Otherwise perfect unit.

The items are well made and not cheap. My only issue was the tape..... I don't know what's going on with the tape because it looks like two way tape but doesn't come apart like 2 way tape¿??¿

I have been unable to put this together because there’s no instructions. I am about ready to return it because it’s very frustrating and I can’t get live help support.

The vinyl of my old hose was brittle and ripping from years of use. So this provided the essential part (the hose), but the new exhaust adapter ripped out during installation, and it doesn't come with a round connector to hook to the AC unit so I had to reuse my old one. I spent 40 minutes trying to rotate the spiral wire of the hose into the connectors and finally just used duct tape on both ends. The original window slide plate from the unit was still fine so I didn't use the new one. It's so hot I just need it to be functional.
