Pkg arrived ahead of schedule, as of day one everything seems to be working fine. I like the fact that Amazon said they would replace within the first 90 days if it does not work as expected.

The computer arrived with some cosmetic damage. The seller promptly sent replacements after sharing some pictures. Computer works well for some old games, surfing the web, and controlling my camera for imaging my hobby items.

I bought this computer for my mother who uses it for checking her email, banking, shopping, and keeping in touch with her church quilting circle and other charity work she is involved with here in beautiful Wilmington NC, she runs these activities like a business. She is now in her 70ties and prefers having a computer on a desk and does not like using a laptop because she has a problem operating the mouse. It's a great computer for these applications. It has windows 10 and Microsoft 360 ( the free version,). Preloaded and it runs great. It was easy to set up. I used wifi to access the internet and for the printer. It's a great desktop computer like the ones that are popular at businesses. It was a good DVD player. And everything is functioning well. Give it a 5 Star review.

Was not refurbished. CPU fan was broken and no wifi. Aweful.

It's a good basic PC at a fantastic price. don't think it's going to have any bells or whistles... it doesn't even have an HDMI port. as long as you have a VGA monitor you'll be set.I use mine in the garage to run a laser engraver & it works perfect for what I want.

Came in on time, easy to set up and coordinate with my email accounts, contacts etc. BUT, there was no speaker!- no sound of any kind, not even notification beeps even though there was a good audio driver/surround sound built in. Seller offered to send a speaker- never did. Had to buy an aftermarket bluetooth speaker. Once I did everything is fine.

It took me ALL day to find a computer tower for my work at home job. I reviewed about 15 from here to other sites. I finally decided to go with this one because of space and size, plus shipping window was October 9th to October 16th.I received my tower today October 7th. Extremely Fast service. Setup was simple. There are no visible scratches or dents if that matters too you. I love my computer 💕💕💕 First built i3 2016. Weighted about. 1.5 lbs.I will be ordering again . Thank you again for fast service. Update 10/18/2020. I have had my computer tower about 2 weeks now, preforming as it should.
